If there is no legal basis for processing your personal data, I will process your personal data only if after you have given your consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
Transfers to Third Parties
In case I disclose personal data to third parties as part of data processing, I only do so in order to perform a contract or in order to take measures prior to entering into a contract pursuant to Art. 6 (1) 1 (b) GDPR or in order to comply with legal obligations (such data transfers to a tax advisor for the purpose of preparing and filing a tax return) or in order to safeguard my legitimate interests (such as webhosts) based on Art. 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR or to third parties after obtaining your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR.
Data Transfers to Third Countries
If I have personal data processed in a third country (i.e. outside the EU and the EEA), this will be done exclusively by a cooperation partner staying in such third country for the purpose of performance my contractual obligations pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR and pursuant to the provisions of Art. 44 of the GDPR.
Right of Information, Deletion, Blocking
Regarding your personal data, you have the right to receive information on what data are stored, their source and recipients and the purpose of processing and you have right to have your personal data to be corrected and blocked. Furthermore, you have a right to have your personal data deleted and to limit the processing of your personal data, unless I am obliged to store or to process such data due to legal provisions, contractual obligations or warranty duties.
